Kenny Neighborhood Security and Safety Rebate Program

The KNA Board has recently approved the Kenny Neighborhood Association Security and Safety Rebate Program for 2024. These rebates are to improve safety and to prevent crimes by increasing security measures in homes and garages in the Kenny neighborhood.

Who is eligible

All residential properties in the Kenny neighborhood, including renters and homeowners, are eligible to apply for a one-time security rebate of $250

What qualifies for a rebate

Rebates can be used on home security projects like:

• Installing lights for exterior doorways of residential properties.

• Purchase and installation of deadbolt locks.

• The purchase of home security alarm systems and doorbell cameras.

These are just a few examples of what the rebate can cover. Check out the application for a full list of eligible expenses.

How it works

Residents will submit an application via e-mail or mail. KNA will hold a quarterly lottery to randomly select 4 projects to fund.

***4th Quarter 2024 application deadline is Friday, November 15. Lottery and selection of rebates to take place at our monthly Community meeting on Tuesday, November 19***

If selected and approved, individual shall purchase and install product, and submit itemized receipt(s) and photo of completed work for reimbursement up to the $250 maximum rebate.
